Jennifer Mierendorf, VP, IBWM and Sr. Investment Executive, RJFS is a life-long resident of Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and her Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University. She has been with Independent Bank for 27 years, covering multiple locations and roles.

Jennifer entered the financial services industry in 1990 and became a Branch Manager in 1996. While working as a Branch Manager for Independent Bank, she became a licensed banker in 2009 and holds her Series 7, 66, and 63 securities registrations. She also holds a Michigan Life and Health Insurance and Variable Contracts license. Currently, she is an Investment Executive covering the Belding and Rockford offices, although Jennifer supports clients throughout Michigan. She offers a full range of investment services and many years of financial knowledge within the banking industry. 

Jennifer believes that sound financial decisions are built on understanding your unique goals, time horizon, and tolerance for risk. She takes the time to listen, educate, and provide solutions tailored to your needs, so that you can make confident decisions today for a stronger tomorrow.

Jennifer has 2 children, 2 stepchildren and a husband with whom she resides in Belding. She enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her family and 2 mini-dachshunds.
