I serve as a Wealth Management Sales Associate based in Bay City, Mi, supporting clients throughout the Tri Cities and Thumb Region, as well as the Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County suburbs. In my roles I work closely with Independent Bank’s Investment Executives, assisting clients over the phone as they begin building wealth and navigate important life transitions.
I have more than 23 years of retail banking experience, including management responsibilities focused on leading teams in delivering outstanding customer service by listening carefully to clients and providing them with tailored financial solutions. Today, I apply that same dedication in Wealth Management, helping ensure clients feel supported and prepared for quality appointments with their advisors. Day to Day, I assist with account opening and maintenance, coordinate documentation and client requests, help with general questions, and schedule and prepare for client meetings with emphasis on clear communication and timely follow-through.
Outside of work, I value time spent with family and friends. I enjoy reading, exploring interior design, and drawing and painting on canvas, which allows me to express my creativity and bring balance to my professional life.
